Hello Dwayne, I am with a company that has a 90% comp plan and a benefits package. I have not seen through all of my opportunity research of a home-based business opportunity that has these qualities. I have also made a profit in my first week of signing up, that is also not very typical with other opportunities that I have seen. They have a one on one training and mentoring program ( no tapes or cds) that you have to purchase to join their program. They have a true passion to help people save and make money, and that is why they are so successful, and very easy to promote. Everyone id looking to save and make money. I would like to know if what you do can compare.

What is your suggestion for best banner creation based on quality and cost?

I use software form the Adobe Suite. Its not cheap. My day job is in graphic design so I use it day in day out. For that reason I have never needed to look for other ways to create banners or artwork so I wouldn't know which ones are best to suggest to you.
I will have a ask around and see what I can dig up.
