There is absolutely no escaping the pain of paying bills. You can chose to hide from them or run away from them, but they will get you in the end (and it usually cost a lot more when they do).
We all have to bills to pay.
Some more than others, but bills are bills.
They come every month and they are NOT going anywhere.
Lets Put Bill Paying Into Perspective
We use services which add comfort to our lives. A mortgage puts a roof over our heads, utility bills keeps us hot or cold, clean and connected. Car bills take us from A-B on our time in our space. Insurance secures our future (to a degree) etc etc.
Now I don’t begrudge paying for these things. I use and benefit from them and therefore I should and do pay for them.
So why the pain?
Well its like this. When you have a wage / salary you know exactly how much you will be getting every month or week.
Lets say for example you get paid $2,500 every month.
You worked hard for that money.
You woke up early and came home late 20+ days per month for that money.
You commuted to and from work for that money.
You put up with people you don’t like for at least 5 hours a day for that money.
You missed out on some quality time with your family and friends for that money.
You spend the majority of your life making someone else rich and then….
…..you have to part with half of that money (if not more). Before you get a chance to do anything worthwhile with your money.
NOW THAT’S PAINFUL.
And here is the kick in the teeth. You will have to do the same thing all over again next month and the following month and the month after that and so on and so on.
Let’s not forget the tax man! (Let’s leave him for another post).
How Long Do You Want To Live Your Life This Way?
I don’t know anyone who is happy with this set up.
Yet I know a lot of people who are settling for this option.
I know people who have lived their whole life like this, all the while knowing they had the ability to do more.
Can you do more?
Why work hard everyday to give other people half (if not more) of what you just worked hard for?
Would you not rather spend that money on yourself or your family?
How To Take The Pain Out Of Paying Bills
As there is no escaping paying bills the only way to take the pain away is to make MUCH MORE MONEY than what your bills amount to.
You need to expand your wealth so your overheads don’t eat you alive.
The internet has made this easier.
There are many opportunities online from which you can generate an awesome income.
Check out how I make money online
If you don’t like online, there are many opportunities offline from which you can generate an income.
You can equal what you make at work.
You can double what you make at work.
You can earn as much as you want to earn.
Your bills will come out of your account and you wont even notice.
NOW HOW DOES THAT SOUND?
Or you can ask your boss for a pay rise. Let me know how that works out.
You don’t have to suffer the pain of paying bills. If you are now it is because you want to.
Think on this for a while.
How much would you pay to never have to worry about paying a bill ever again?

Hi Dwayne,
Yes make more money than you could ever need is the solution, not downsizing! There are heaps of ways to do it and using the Internet certainly does make it easier. It all begins with a decision to do so. Thanks for sharing this.
~Marcus
Hey Marcus
to many people feel that downsizing is the answer. IT ISN’T.
there are to many options which require no downsizing, just a bit of soul
searching and dedicated work.
Hi Dwayne,
Excellent post! You’re right, some people get comfortable with the status quo. For some they choose the way out. Yes, the internet makes it easier to build your own business online.
Thanks for sharing your insights.
All the best,
Mavis Nong
It was definitely a painful experience to read the first part, Dwayne
Of course, we both know that it does not have to be that way and I hope more of your readers will think the same.
Best,
Ana Hoffman
Hey Mavis
“Settling” is such a sad way to go. Life is hard as it is. I think people should actively seek alternatives instead of “settling” for what they don’t want.
Thanks for passing by. Hope to see you again
I love this post Dwayne. It points out a significant difference in the way the middle class think versus how the wealthy think.
The middle class thinks “downsize” or “cut expenses.” The wealth think “make some more money.”
The middle class think “there is never enough.” The wealthy think “there is always more.”
And the financial classes out there, really don’t help very much.
The Internet is a powerful tool, and it makes it very easy to build your business empire online. However, if you are trapped in the middle class mindset, I am not sure how much it will help.
Thanks for the excellent post Dwayne.

You said it Ana. It is painful, but also unnecessary.
I hope more people will see the message and find ways to reduce the pain or
better yet, get rid of it completely.
Hey Michael
You went all “classist” on us.
I hear what you are saying loud and clear and you are right.
Whatever you want it there for you to get. You just have to be willing to
reach for it.
Hey Dwayne,
Bills… I used to dread paying bills each month! I remember carefully balancing the checkbook. I remember taking a calculator to the grocery store with me, and adding in everything I put into the cart, to make sure I stayed within my spending limit.
I haven’t felt the pain of bill paying for several years now, but those memories are not pleasant ones.
Great post! There is another way and it’s great you’re helping people find that way.
Susanna
This sounds great. That’s what I got to say Dwayne.
I’m all for this. If more people can see through eyes, can you imagine what the world would be like?
Have a good day buddy,
Jerome Ratliff
My Ol Man always told me “Son the only way to make money in this world is to work for yourself” how right he was! I am now a self employed Blogger, Internet Marketeer and Graphic/Web Designer and have never been happier!
Its madness giving up my time for money making someone else rich! How anyone can settle for that I don’t know! Imagine working all your life so that you can enjoy yourselfs doing what you want when you retire! I would rather enjoy myself now!
Great post as usual Dwayne
-Phillip
Calculator to the store, wow.
Isn’t it so much better when the pain goes. Good for you!
It would be a happier place to live.
Your ‘ol man’ was righter than right Phil.
Congrats to your for making a success of yourself
So true! What you say truly puts things into perspective. I’d much rather build a business online while investing in products that are keeping my family healthy, while at the same time creating a way to not ever have to worry about a bill again.
