Searching For Network Marketing Content

When I first started network marketing online I did exactly what everyone else does. I went straight to Google, typed in a network marketing related keyword and was flooded with pages upon pages of results for network marketing content. I know you know exactly what I am talking about, right?

Now the question is where do I start? I felt more lost after the Google search than I did before I did the search.

The bottom line is I wanted information and yes Google is the right place for that, but I wasn’t sure exactly what information I wanted. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted because I wasn’t sure of what was required to do network marketing online! So all the thousands of websites offering me stuff, ebooks, courses, funded proposals, yar-da-yar-da-yar-da, ment nothing to me. I had no idea what an autoresponder was, with even less of a clue as to how it related to network marketing. I came away from Google feeling disheartened. Not a good feeling to have at the start of a new venture.

Here Is What You Need To Know To Do Network Marketing Online

Allow me to cut through the search engine ‘noise’. I’m am going to tell you what you need to know to market online. This way when you are searching for quality network marketing content to either get you going, interested or inspired you will have an idea of what to search for and in what order.

1. If your marketing online you have to know about the Law of Attraction and how you can use it in your business. This is where you will find out that network marketing online is about branding you. The law of attraction is the starting point for network marketers online.
2. You will need a Sales Funded Proposal System. This is how you will get you paid even before you discuss your primary business (smart marketers use this money to re-invest into their business).

A good sales funded proposal system will incorporate many elements. In the system should be:

• Lead capture pages (make sure they offer you more than 1 page template, you will need to split test) which you can personalise. A lead capture page is a webpage upon which you make an offer or give great value. In exchange for your offer / value people put their contact details in a form which is on the webpage, once they do this they become your lead. This is my Lead Capture Page
• Autoresponders. This had me stumped back in the day. It’s basically an automatic way to communicate and build a relationship with your leads on auto-pilot via a series of pre written emails. I use and recommend Aweber.
• Information on products which you can sell on. You become an affilate for a product or company, free of charge.  Make sure it is a product which gives great value to you and to your leads. It has to be something which they will need or benefit from having. An example of a quality affiliate product is Building On A Budget.
• Training and support. The internet changes at a rapid pace. It’s essential that the system provides up-to-date information on the major changes which can effect your business. It’s also important that you are given constant training and tips from successful marketers on how to market online using all the various methods there are.

Right, so now you know what you need to actually market effectively online, here are some of the places I recommend you should go to get quality network marketing content. I am on these sites daily.

BetterNetworker.com – Does what it says on the tin. This is the place where you will find network marketers falling over themselves to provide you with value. There are articles, videos, blog post and groups from which you can get great information on whatever you want to know about network marketing. There is also a very active forum where you can ask anything you want. Newbies are made to feel very welcome. Top leaders in the industry are literally a click away.

WarriorForum.com – The Warrior Forum has been around for years. It’s all about internet marketing. It’s not specific to network marketing which is a bonus as you get the opportunity to see how other people use the internet to market. I have found many gold nuggets on this forum which have helped me in my business.

CopyBlogger.com – Online activity is heavily based upon people reading what you have written. Copywriting is a powerful skill to posses. Copyblogger is all about copy writing and content strategies. It’s a great place to pick up tips on how to write a good sales letter, blog post, email, basically anything which needs to be written.

WayneVassell.com – My direct upline. I call him the analysis. He figures out how everything works and is always happy to share his findings. A great person to have in a team.

JasonBetter.com – This guy is phenomenal. He is one of the main characters at the helm of BetterNetwork.com. His blog is packed to the rafters with valuable content. In my opinion his blog is a good basis upon which to build your own blog (should you chose to). Check him out daily, there is always new content.

Here are some other blogs I am also looking at. Admittedly I have not been through their entire blog, but from what I have seen there is some great value being shared.
